Discrepancy Expense Accounts
When an inventory count is finalized, the discrepancies in the total value of your inventory is accounted for in QuickBooks.
Assign a QuickBooks expense account to each Brew Ninja inventory discrepancy reason. This mapping can be accessed in the Counts tab.
