Product Skus
When syncing product skus, Brew Ninja will attempt to match its products to your products in QuickBooks; if a match is not found for a product in Brew Ninja, a new product will be created in QuickBooks. Alterations to existing items will be in either QuickBooks or Brew Ninja will be applied to both. For more information on bulk syncing, visit this article.
Product Sku Category Accounts
Each product sku category in Brew Ninja may be assigned income, asset, and cost of goods sold accounts. Values for each product sku are applied to these accounts.

| Income Account | Records income from sales of items in this category |
| Asset Account | Records the production cost of all items in your inventory of this category |
| Cost of Goods Sold Account | Records the production cost of all items that have been sold in this category |
