Material Category Accounts
When you receive a purchase order, the cost of the materials are applied to an account in QuickBooks; Brew Ninja chooses accounts based on the categories of the materials you are receiving. Each Brew Ninja category can be assigned a QuickBooks account.
The following QuickBooks account type & detail type combinations can be assigned to a Brew Ninja materials category:

Categories that are not assigned a specific QuickBooks asset account use the account assigned to the default category.
WIP Account
Assign an account to track the values of your WIPs - the contents of your tanks. The following QuickBooks account type & detail type combinations can be chosen for WIPs:
