Configuring Business Partners
Sync Customers
With this option enabled, Brew Ninja will sync your customers in Brew Ninja with your QuickBooks customers.
Sync Vendors
With this option enabled, Brew Ninja will sync your vendors in Brew Ninja with your QuickBooks suppliers.
When syncing, Brew Ninja will import business partners from QuickBooks. If an existing business partner's name matches the name of the company in QuickBooks (or its contact's first and last name, if the company name is not specified), Brew Ninja will match that business partner to that QuickBooks company instead of creating a new one. Once matched, further modifications to the business partner - in QuickBooks or in Brew Ninja - will be applied to both. Visit this article for more information on bulk syncing. Categories & Classes
If your QuickBooks account is configured to use classes for transactions, you can configure Brew Ninja to use these classes. Business partners imported from QuickBooks will be assigned the Brew Ninja category that matches their class in QuickBooks.
For each Brew Ninja category, select the QuickBooks class you wish to map that to. Click Save to apply your selections to Brew Ninja.
Locations
If your QuickBooks account is configured to use locations for transactions, you can configure Brew Ninja to use these locations. Imported business partners will be assigned the region that matches their QuickBooks location.
For each Brew Ninja region, select the QuickBooks location you wish to map that to. Click Save to apply your selections to Brew Ninja.

Payment Terms
Map your Brew Ninja payment terms to your QuickBooks payment terms. Imported business partners will be assigned the payment terms that match their QuickBooks payment terms.
For each Brew Ninja payment terms category, select the appropriate QuickBooks payment terms option. Click Save to apply your selections to Brew Ninja.
