If you have the same values you want to change for many pieces of equipment, such as kegs, you can use the "Bulk Change" feature.


Bulk Change Equipment

  1. From the Home screen, tap on Equipment
  2. You will be presented with the Keg Audit form. Tap on "Bulk Change Equipment"
  3. You are presented with a form requesting the equipment to change. This field supports searching by name, serial number, or current contents.
  4. One by one, find the equipment you want to include in the bulk change, tapping on each to add to the list.
  5. Choose which values to set:

    Product SKU
    		You can set which Product SKU is actually in this equipment. This does not actually perform a transfer; it simply lets you update the contents as a correction.

    Expiration Date

    		You can set the date the equipment should no longer be in use. Click the field to open a calendar to select a date. Click the "clear" date to clear the expiration date value.
    Clear Expiration Date
    		Instead of setting an expiration date, you can clear any existing expiration date that may be one the selected equipment
    Reset Use Count
    		You can reset the use count back to zero. This will not change the Total Use Count value.
    Activation Status
    		You can set, or clear, the "Active" status of the selected equipment
    Keg Status
    		You can set the status of the select equipment. Options include "Clean," "Dirty," and "Missing."

  6. When you have set the values you wish to change, tap on the "Save All" button.
