Quick Deliver
If you do not wish to go through the full delivery process, you may use the Quick Deliver feature to create and execute a delivery for a sales order. Quick Deliver creates and completes a delivery for the full contents of the sales order, assuming the full amount is picked and delivered.
How to Quick Deliver a Sales Order
Once you have created your sales order, click Quick Deliver.
If your sales order has any rentals, you will be asked for their serial numbers. Enter the serial numbers of any rentals you are tracking in this sales order, and click Save All.
Your delivery for this sales order will now be delivered.
When should I use this?
Quick deliveries are useful when you are certain everything in your sales order has been delivered, and you don't need to record who received the delivery or their signature.
Quick deliveries are also useful when you have recently made an urgent delivery without creating a sales order, and need to create and mark delivered a sales order for that delivery after the fact.
