Overview
You can view the history of kegs that were dispensed on a tap by navigating to Inventory → Tap History. This is a history of each keg and which equipment dispensed which product.
Editing History
To edit the tap history, you must elevate your permissions. We recommend that you avoid editing the tap history.
Update Tap Filter
If you assigned the wrong keyword to a tap, you can update it by editing the tap history.
Fields
Tap | Name of the tap. This is configured in the tap room setup page. |
Product | Name of the Product SKU which was placed on the tap. |
Started | Date which the Product SKU/Keg was placed on the tap. |
Completed | Date which the Product SKU/Keg was removed from the tap. |
Amount | The amount remaining in the Keg. This amount will decrease as poured product is poured out of it. If it has been completed, this amount will be the amount remaining and/or wasted from the keg. |
Units | The units the Product SKU's volume is measured in. |
