A Sales Order in Brew Ninja can be pushed to QuickBooks online as an Invoice.


Prior to creating the QuickBooks Sales Receipt, the following criteria must be met.

  • The customer must exist in both Brew Ninja and QuickBooks. (Brew Ninja should automatically synchronize customers with QuickBooks.)
  • The tax codes used in Brew Ninja must be configured to match a tax code in QuickBooks (see configuration).
  • The products being sold must existing in both Brew Ninja and QuickBooks. (All products created in Brew Ninja are automatically created in QuickBooks.)


After the Sales Order as has been delivered, the Submit to QuickBooks button may be used to create the Invoice in QuickBooks. This will also create a Journal Entry for cost of goods sold.
