A Retail Sale in Brew Ninja can be pushed to QuickBooks online as a Sales Receipt.


Prior to creating the QuickBooks Sales Receipt, the following criteria must be met.

  • If a Customer Account is used, the customer must exist in both Brew Ninja and QuickBooks. (Brew Ninja should automatically synchronize customers with QuickBooks.)
  • The tax codes used in Brew Ninja must be configured to match a tax code in QuickBooks (see configuration).
  • The products being sold must existing in both Brew Ninja and QuickBooks. (All products created in Brew Ninja are automatically created in QuickBooks.)


After the retail sale as has accepted payment, the Submit to QuickBooks button may be used to create the Sales Receipt in QuickBooks. This will also create a Journal Entry for cost of goods sold.
