In this summary, elevated permissions are denoted by italics and are followed by an asterisk. These grant enhanced functionality for occasional use for users in admin mode. Visit this article for more information on admin mode.
Setup
This section contains permissions related to accessing and configuring the setup of your company. Most Access permissions in this section are required for normal use of Brew Ninja in any role.
Business Partners
Access | Access configured business partners |
Modify | Create, modify, and delete business partners, but not set a standard discount or mark partners as government |
Admin* | Mark business partners as government partners and set a standard discount for business partners. |
Recipes
Access | Access configured recipes |
Modify | Create, modify, and delete recipes |
Materials

Costing* | Override Brew Ninja's calculated cost of materials |
Product Skus
