Finalizing Incoming Sales
To make a sale finalized, it must have both a valid payment type and not be flagged for attention. Note that sales from Square are not finalized by default.
Non-finalized sales
You can view sales that have yet to be finalized by searching in Transactions → Retail Sales with the Can Be Finalized option.
Bulk Finalizing Sales
Brew Ninja highly recommends finalizing all pending retail sales to save time.
- To do this, you must start by clicking the Finalize Pending Sales button on Transactions → Retail Sales.
- You will be presented with a list of sales that can be finalized. You may review this list to ensure you want them to be finalized.
- If the list of retail sales are correct, continue with bulk finalization by clicking the Proceed button.
- All pending retails sales are now finalized.
