Viewing History
- Viewing rental and refund history can be done by clicking Transactions → Rentals/Deposits.
- Then selecting a search term along with an option from the drop down list to filter out certain transactions.
Click the Go button to update the table accordingly to your search term and drop down option.
Understanding Rental Records
| Rental | The material of the equipment rented |
| Origin | The origin of this rental record |
| Customer | The customer renting the equipment |
| Status | The current status of the rental and the date it was applied |
| Serial # | The serial number of the equipment rented |
Understanding Rental Status
| Created | Customer does not have rental yet |
| Out | Customer in possession of rental |
| Returned | Customer returned equipment but has not been refunded deposit |
| Refunded | Customer returned equipment and has been refunded deposit |
