Composite Packaging
- Begin packaging from inventory by clicking Inventory → Packaged Products → Add, or click Composite for adding composite products.
- The next form prompts you to enter a Sku name, Quantity, and Notes.
- Before clicking the Update button you should ensure you have the appropriate products and materials in inventory required to produce the packaged product.
- For example: A composite product like a Beer X - 06 Pack with a quantity of 3 will deduct the following from inventory:
- (6*3=18) individual cans of Beer X as product
- (6*3=18) Can - 355mL Generic as material for the product container
- (6*3=18) Can Lids - Silver/Silver as materials for packaging
- Now you will be able to view your product in inventory by clicking Inventory → Packaged Products.
